British design wins again
Nice to know another piece of ugly, expensive British engineering gets top marks in consumer tests. The Dyson cord-free vacuum cleaner DC43H may cost CHF174.35 but Germany's consumer group put it at the top of 11 machines it tested for its Öko-Test magazine. It uses more energy and is noisier than its competitors. But that's what we expect from years of British inventions, from MG sports cars to BSA motorbikes, right?
